Next week, the annual Employee Engagement Awards is going to take place in London. As our internal news application goes hand in hand with increasing employee engagement, we are proud to announce that we have been given the opportunity to hand over the employee engagement award to the most innovative company in one of the fifteen employee engagement categories at the event.
About the Employee Engagement Awards
The Employee Engagement Awards (EEA) celebrate the most innovative businesses in the UK and Ireland that strive to do things differently. The event will reward those companies that are innovative, have a forward-thinking attitude and view employee engagement as a key part of their business strategy.
The idea behind the event is that “in a competitive labour, businesses have to offer and be seen to be doing things differently to create an engaging and rewarding working environment.”
There are 15 award categories, including the ‘Employee Engagement Company of the Year’, ‘The Gen Y Award’ and the ‘Reward and Recognition Award’. The winners of each category will be selected by a panel of judges, who are all thought leaders in the employee engagement industry. Furthermore, the Employee Engagement Awards will be donating 5% of its revenue to different charities.
And the winner of the HR Technology Award is…..

This award acknowledges technology that allows HR teams to focus on employee engagement. For instance, it could be conducting a feedback survey with extensive analytics, online recruitment or an internal app that introduces new employees to their colleagues and the latest company news.
